No matter who you are, if
you have those dreaded pimples on your face, you can only
think about getting rid of zits. We have
all been there at some point in our lives, whether during
puberty or as an adult.
The question begs now, how do you actually get rid of those
zits once and for all? How do we connect our lifestyle with the
number of zits we may
have?
Perhaps it is the food we take in or the stress of our day to
day routine. It is in fact both of these things which
contribute to our zit problem. The only way to rid yourself of
future zits, is to attack the root of the
problem.
Changing the way you eat is not an easy thing to do but it
doesn't mean you have to eat like a freak. You don't have to
become a vegetarian nor do you have to count your calorie
intake. Alright you say, what do I have to do then? All you
have to do is eat foods that are high in antioxidants, as well
as foods that help to repair your damaged
skin.
If you already eat foods that have a lot of vitamin A, E, and
C, then you will have to look into the stress factor of your
life. Our modern day living typically has a lot more stress
then people in days gone by. We are constantly running from one
soccer practice to the next, to the grocery store, to work,
back home, and the list goes
on.
You have to allow your nerves to settle from time to time. Your
skin actually produces more sebum when you are more 'stirred'
up. So if your skin is yucky from the day's work and you are
producing all that oily stuff, it is going to form
zits.
Daily cleansing is a must when it comes to preventing the
spread of zits. Not only will you feel better but you will look
better as well. The skin needs to be brushed off once a day to
remove any dead organic matter that is on it. That even
includes the items we can't see with our bare
eyes.
