How To Clear Blackheads

Clearing Up Blackheads

Many countless books claim to show acne sufferers how to clear blackheads, zits, and pimples from their face. How many actually pull through though? Well the sad reality is that thousands of readers and hopefuls are still left with blackheads after trying treatments.

Perhaps it is the patient's fault to a certain extent as well, for not correctly following the treatment plans laid out in books all across the globe. At any rate, one thing is certain. Acne ( acne vulgaris to be exact ) is correlated with a few key factors. There is a link between blackeads, pimples, zits, and poor nutrition.

Now you might be thinking to yourself that you have heard all of this before, but have you? Do you know what types of foods are good for your acne problem? You want foods that are rich in antioxidants. Eat these foods along with relaxtion and vigorous cleansing, and you will see your blackheads go away.

Antioxidant rich foods include avocados, beets, blueberries, cherries, figs, green tea, kale, oranges, pears, prunes, red grapes, strawberries, tangerines, and many more. A simple Google search on antioxidant foods should do the trick.

Now keep in mind that eating foods rich in vitamins and nutrients will not remove the blackheads you already have. It is possible they can reduce the symptoms a bit but you will need to wash up daily to see results. Once you have a steady routine going, start off on a healthy diet and keep it that way.

Dieting is not a good idea and even though some places suggest their patients to do it, it isn't a good idea. There is no good in starving the body from certain nutrients. Just cut out the junk food and replace it with whole food. Fish oils provide a great anti-inflammatory substance that also helps to recude any acne swelling you may have. So make sure to read up on acne foods and relaxation techniques. It will make a world of a difference.
